Rope Access Blade Technician (IRATA)
Carry out close-range blade inspection and structural/cosmetic repair via rope access across our active project sites. IRATA Level 1–3 certified or working towards certification preferred; full training and PPE provided.
Drone Inspection Pilot & Data Analyst
Operate high-resolution drone systems for rotor blade surveys, process and grade imagery, and prepare inspection reports for O&M scheduling. RPAS pilot licence or willingness to obtain one required.
Composite Repair Technician
Carry out structural and cosmetic GFRP laminate repairs, leading-edge protection application, and gel-coat finishing to method-statement procedures across multiple WTG makes.
Site Supervisor / Team Lead
Lead a field team through site mobilisation, risk assessment, inspection and repair execution, and client-facing reporting. Prior rope-access or wind O&M leadership experience required.
QHSE Coordinator
Maintain the IMS documentation suite — risk assessments, method statements, authorisation letters and equipment registers — and support ISO 9001 / 45001 / 14001 compliance across PAN India sites.
