Rotor blades are the most exposed, least accessible part of a wind turbine — and the component most likely to determine downtime, energy yield and warranty outcomes. 4 Season Composites exists to make blade condition visible and blade repair reliable, combining rope-access inspection, drone survey, composite repair and independent failure analysis under one QHSE-managed operation.
We work directly with asset owners, operations & maintenance teams and global OEM-linked service programmes — including Greenko, JSW Energy, Tata Power, Inox Wind and Siemens Gamesa — mobilising IRATA-certified technicians and complete site documentation on short notice, PAN India.

What We Do
From first inspection to final sign-off, under one roof
Our scope covers the full lifecycle of a blade issue: close-range rope-access inspection and drone survey to find and grade damage; structural and cosmetic composite repair to fix it; and forensic failure analysis where the root cause needs independent investigation. Every job is scoped, documented and signed off against a method statement.
